About the Author

I have taught bible studies for over thirty years and it has been my experience people have difficulty relating with those who lived thousands of years ago. They romanticize biblical characters and see them as perfect rather than the ordinary people they were. I wrote The Scarlet Thread Series to help readers see the flawed humanity God uses to herald His message to the world. The events in these books are based on truth, but embellished with imagination. Our favorite biblical characters were human just like us.
